 Presumably the bots are hitting dokuwiki sites by using known
consistent features of the page. A solution I saw float past on Slashdot
recently is to make the button that's called "edit this page" just be a
dummy which is invisible to human readers but which will attract bots,
and have the real "edit this page" button called something different but
show up properly for humans.
