[dokuwiki-i18n] code frozen - time to update translations

Hey translators,
the current development code of DokuWiki was frozen yesterday, which means
no more new features will be added until a new release was made. Yes, that
means we're now in the process of preparing a new release. Part of that is
updating the translations. So please check http://translate.dokuwiki.org for
missing translations in your language.
