No erase on a HD. The ZipMaster settings are: AddDirNames - true AddRecurseDirs - false > usually set in the FSpecArgs with the leading >. AddMove - false AddFreshen - false AddUpdate - false AddZipTime - false AddForceDOS - false AddHiddenFiles - true AddArchiveOnly - false AddResetArchive - false AddEncrypt - false AddSeparateDirs - true AddVolume - false AddFromDate - false AddSafe - false AddDiskSpan - false AddDiskSpanErase - false If the media = floppy or zip drive, then AddDiskSpan and AddDiskSpanErase are changed to true. As I said, this makes no sense to me that I get a good zip on floppy and nothing on HD. Thanks, Ted ----- Original Message ----- From: "Alistair George" <bigal@xxxxxxxxxx> To: "M.T.
