[delphizip] ZipMaster 1.78 FSpecArgs fails in Object Inspector

When I write some strings with String Editor in FSpecArgs property, an
error appears like "Control '' has no parent window", or "Access
violation".
Sometimes error don't show, but Delphi don't store strings in
Property.
I think, that's not normal :-(
That's in Delphi 5.0 Enterprise with Update Pack 1.
