And if I have a 200 MB zip file? It could take too much time to copy from one location to another, don't you think? Matteo Riso www.zipgenius.it <http://www.zipgenius.it> Happy ZipGenius User #1 -----Messaggio originale----- Da: delphizip-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:delphizip-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx]Per conto di Eric.Engler@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx Inviato: giovedì 5 settembre 2002 18.45 A: delphizip@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Oggetto: [delphizip] Re: How can I cancel an Add action without corrupting a zip file? This was a documented limitation in the earlier releases. Apparently that doc file didn't make it into the releases Chris Vleghert made. The DLLs never make a copy of the zipfile for safekeeping. That's up to the user program. In the early days diskspace was hard to come by, so I decided not to make automatic copies. --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
