You are probably right. A function I used is not supported in W98 even though they specify it's limits under Windows 98. (I suppose you cannot expect too much from usage instructions when a linker error shows up as a device error). Maybe the DLL is now = making a system call that isn't supported in 98? This reminds me of some = of the issues I had a few years ago trying to understand Thread Local = Storage in regards to DLLs. I don't think this has anything to do with memory. This is a very small = DLL.
