Agree. maybe restarting the machine! who knows?Well, and about the Alt plus the shift key, if pressed we change some keys position? Though, i guess that if pressed, dont change the num pad keys order!

Rui, HE is pressing the insert key, since NumPad 0 is the insert key. But ifyou're suggesting he try the insert key in the extended section, that mightwork as an alternative.But since the decreasers are working and not the increasers, there is eithera problem with the keyboard itself, or something weird in the MAC BootCamp interface.
