[ddots-l] sound cards

Hey, can anyone give me any advice on sound cards.  I saw the M-audio audio 
file usb on the dancing dots web site.  It looks pretty interesting but being a 
novice I don't know if it will work without any other piece of equipment or is 
that all  I would need.  I'm running CT 5.2 and sonar 5.   It connects through 
the usb port and with that can it record midi. I have a delta 24 96 I'm using 
now  and want to upgrade. 
Any advice would be appreciated.
