Well, I'ts easy to do when you have only a slider to change but when You got 8 
sliders to configure It's not as easy to do.

You can start recording a measure before and make the needed chnages, or 
usually start recording a measure before, slightly move the sliders just a bit 
so that if it's midi data, the values will be sent and updated.

Is it possible for sonar to record a specific configuration of sliders when it 
stars to record.

 

Example: You have an organ sound and you configure sliders to have a specific 
tone.
