You can start recording a measure before and make the needed chnages, or
usually start recording a measure before, slightly move the sliders just a
bit so that if it's midi data, the values will be sent and updated.

Hi all

Is it possible for sonar to record a specific configuration of sliders when
it stars to record.

Example: You have an organ sound and you configure sliders to have a
specific tone.
