Haven't personally come across any other issues than the ones that Bryan outlined. Running the official release of Cake Talking here so, if your not bothered about those particular issues as indeed I wasn't then, go for the upgrade. If you do then you will get some additional content for SessionDrummer2 and some other nice goodies.
