It probably isn't a good idea for CakeTalking 8 users to upgrade to
Sonar 8.3 just yet. CakeTalking 8 will generally work with Sonar 8.31,
but a few things are broken. For example, instrument tracks are no
longer identified, and control+y will no longer open a track's
softsynth.
CakeTalking will soon support Sonar 8.31 fully, though.
