Well I'm afraid Sibelius 3 is sold out in the UK, and it would appear, most
of Europe.

Here's the deal.  People who have Sibelius 4 can export there work to
Sibelius 3 format which you can use.  David does plan to be part of the
Sibelius 5 beta cycle which has not begun yet.  For now, there is nothing
you need to do that you can't do unless and until Dancing Dots finds
themselves no longer able to sell Sibelius 3 because it is no longer in
stock from the developer.  I don't think that's happened yet.



        the bottom line is that there is no need to panick yet.
