[ddots-l] patching up Sonar producer from 8.0 to 8.5.3

I am finding it difficult to patch up my version of Sonar from 8.0 to 8.5.3
which I haven’t used for years, and I want to start using it with the
CakeTalking scripts.
How do I go about patching it up? I have been trying to do this but I can’t
seem to find the correct patches.
Is there a list of patches that I can simply go to and then download?
