[ddots-l] mixing down and mastering tips

Hi, can anyone provide me with the best mixing down options in the audio
options dialogue. I remember Phill Mure said to use the most intensive CPU
setting for dither, but as I am working with a friend at his house, who uses
sonar 4 (and I am only using sonar 3) can somebody explain what options will
get me the best quality.
