Herman, 1: select all tracks in your project.

2: Now, unselect all of the MIDI tracks that you wish to save.
3: go to the tracks menu Alt R followed by the letter L.  This will delete all 
of the selected audio 
tracks.
4: save the file under a different name and choose which ever MIDI option you 
prefer.
You will now have a project that contains all MIDI tracks.
