How do you save the tymplate? I'm still new to sonar, and Hate having to
keep changing it every time I start a new project. I hate how low the pings
are, and need to hear over the music.

You can also do it in the project options, you can specify how loud the
pings are and even change the sounds. Just make sure you save the settings
in your template so that each new project has those settings applied.

Hi.
I hit shift+CTRL=f1 to adjust metronome options in sonar but couldn't find a
place to change the volume of it. Currently it is quite annoying being so
loud. Does anyone know where I go to change the volume so it's a little
quieter/
