MessageDave: It has been working right for me now. That did happen to me for a while, and frankly I forget what fixed it. It is not a sonar problem I am pretty sure of that. I also had that problem with the duration being a nonsense value that needed to be changed to something normal before the filter would close properly. Don't know if that means it's a Sonar problem or a CakeTalking problem. But definitely never as easy to use as with my good old Cakewalk Pro Audio. Bill McCann, do you think there is a problem with the scripts, or perhaps the tutorial? Are you using the latest version of CT7? I really forget had the problem was resolved, but you are not crayzy, I can remember this happening to me as well. Also, are you using the latest build of jaws 9? I think it is build 156. Alt p than i. I make sure that the note even is checked then I go to lowest note and press d3 on my keyboard then highest note d3. Press enter. Instead of taking me to the window where I could replace d3 by e3 for example, it brings me to longuest duration of the first window. That's it. regards ---------------------------------------------------------------------- From: ddots-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:ddots-l-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Gordon Kent Sent: Saturday, August 09, 2008 1:39 PM To: ddots-l@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [ddots-l] Re: event filter OK, do you set the from and through and select the track, then press alt p to go to the process menu, and then press i to enter the interpolate dialog? Try to give me a specific example of what you are trying to do. Are you trying to use the interpolate dialog to replace notes? That should work fine.
