I'm having the same problem. If anyone has any idea what I may be doing
wrong, I'm all ears. Thanks.

Hi Gordon

Let's suppose I want to change a snare for another.

Alt p than i.

I make sure that the note even is checked then I go to lowest note and press
d3 on my keyboard then highest note d3.

Press enter.

Instead of taking me to the window where I could replace d3 by e3 for
example, it brings me to longuest duration of the first window.

That's it.

regards

OK, do you set the from and through and select the track, then press alt p
to go to the process menu, and then press i to enter the interpolate dialog?
Try to give me a specific example of what you are trying to do.

Gord

Richard:

Could you clarify a bit what it is you are trying to do. Are you trying to
use the interpolate dialog to replace notes? That should work fine.

Gord

Hi Bill

I selected the track but nothing seems to work anyway.

It's a basic function of sonar even when it was audio pro 9 and I never had
to deal with it before.

Do you have to select the area first? Sorry, I cannot remember off the top
of my head. But try that if you have not yet done so.

Bill
