First you have to create an account. It is a standard form. You would probably want a light account which would cost you nothing.
Then you enter on the link that says, "send files." You put the e-mail addresses of the people you want to send it to. You cursor down past the link that says, "Download" to the browse button. When you enter on that, you get a standard Windows Explorer like browser where you can go to the file you want to send. After you have pressed open, you arrow down to the "send file" button. That's all there is to it. I'm doing this from memory, so I hope I remembered all the steps.
