I seem to remember hearing somewhere that it does. Not personally tried it though.

Will SFZ play the Giga format? Since you didn't mention it, I'm assuming it won't. GS3 is a bear to get around in, but I have a lot of libraries that are keepers, and I wouldn't like to scrap them. Using Giga as a rewire in Sonar is so time consuming, you lose the urge to create before you get everything set up. Giga's instability is notorious, too! I would have thought Tascam would have tried to improve that. But when I used Giga1, they wouldn't even admit there was a problem. It was always someone elses fault. I got extremely fast and good at reinstalling it. The sounds were worth the extra trouble. But during one of my many reinstalls, Giga 1.52... or whatever it was, got corrupted. That is why I upgraded.

SFZ can run it's own SFZ format, as well as wave, and sound font. You can map the SFZ format in a text file. Then, rename the extension from .text to, SFZ. VSampler is semi accessible. Meaning that, we can load up samples in various formats such as .giga exedra.

Is VSampler accessible to us? I know it didn't used to be. Since we have SFZ, is VSampler even necessary? What samples can be loaded into SFZ?
