I have some professional-sounding tracks that have been mixed down but not

Hi folks.
I'm putting the final touches on the demo for my audio mastering business.
It features short before and after mastering audio examples from music of
various genres. So far, I have rock, easy listening, jazz and classical
covered.
However, I'm having trouble finding people willing to let me have a track
of their metal, hip hop/r&b or techno/dance music.
What I'm looking for is something professional-sounding, a track that has
been mixed down but not yet mastered. I would then take a short excerpt
from that, a minute or less, and master it.
If I use your stuff, I will of course mention you in a file distributed to
potential clients receiving my demo, and I'll put a link to you on my Web
site as well.
I'm not sure of the legalities/copyright issues, but I would be willing to
pay $20 or so for the use of part of one of your tracks, if it comes to
that.
24-bit wave files are a must, or equivalent in lossless format (FLAC or
Apple Lossless).
Thanks for reading and hopefully considering letting me use some of your
work.
