Hey gangs: Two questions: What is the difference between EQ and compression please? I need to start making my tunes sound a little better. Provide Examples please!!!! My other question, when one listen to a song, and hears a little noise that's not wanted. for example, a phone that rings far in the background or something. This is a bad freqency, I suppose. Now, how do you determine what DB is that frequency and what and how much frequency to cut or filter? What I am getting at is when someone say, I get rid of the frequency I want and boost the ones I like. How do you get to finding out the frequencies you want and don't want. I am having problem conceptualizing the terms, I think. Thanks! Rod MSN: roddj12@xxxxxxxxxxx IM: Roddy12RA "No power on earth can stop an idea whose time has come."
