Yeah it is now 64 bit compatible.  I just came across this on the Propellerhead 
Forum.  I just replied to it.

  Hi Everyone.  Reason 6 just came out last Friday.  I have been checking it 
out.  You can now use the full program in demo mode but you can't open your 
saved files. Their are many more keyboard shortcuts and it is possible to play 
the devices with the computer keyboard and audio recording has now been added.  
We can switch between the mixer, rack and sequencer windows and we can brows 
all of the patches and samples and jaws reads the names of everything in the 
patch browser and sample browser for each device and the jaws cursor works as 
well when you have a device loaded.  It also helps to have a midi controller 
that reason supports to tweak the knobs and buttons which are mapped for each 
device.  I think we should start writing some jaws scripts and hsc sets.  I 
thought I would let everyone know.  So download the program and let me know 
what you think.
