Hi Albert:

Thanks for the tip. I switched the sound record
default to the original soundcard also. That being the
case, I have another problem. I followed the
instructions provided on the freedom scientific
website which enables jaws to work with the default
soundcard when there are two soundcards in the
computer. However, I now notice that when I restart my
computer, jaws's volume is very low compared to the
rest of windows sounds, but if I restart jaws, its
volume comes back up. Any reason as to why this may be
happening?

Thanks.

We have come from God, and inevitably the myths woven by us, though they
contain error, will also reflect a splintered fragment of the true light, the
eternal truth that is with God. Indeed only by myth-making, only by becoming a
"sub-creator" and inventing stories, can Man aspire to the state of perfection
that he knew before the Fall. Our myths may be misguided, but they steer
however shakily towards the true harbor, while materialistic "progress" leads
only to a yawning abyss and the Iron Crown of the power of evil. - J. R. R.
