[ddots-l] Problems with headphone amp

Hello all, I'm having problems playing back my audio in stereo through my
Behringer headphone amp. I have two cables with TSR plugs, one quarter inch
on the one end and two female connecters on the other end. I plug the two in
to the balanced output jacks 1 and 2 on the Tascam FW1884, I've connected a
TSR cable to one plug that goes to the back of the amp in one of the input
jacks, another cable goes from the other connecter to my monitor, this is
duplicated with the other connecter. I did notice that one of the cables
going to one of the monitors is TS, not sure what effect that would have on
the amp though. I plug the headphones in to the front of the amp, the plugs
are TSR also, whenever I go in to play back and try to pan a particular
track either nothing happens, or when I pan 100% in one direction I lose the
audio all together. Any ideas? Thanks BTW, this is the Behringer Power Play
