Rui, buy your new pc from someone who assembles them for music production work. Dancing Dots can do this through a company they work with, Sonar and CakeTalking can be preinstalled and set up for you etc.
Or, google the phrase "DAW builder" and you'll find several good companies who build PC's specifically for music work.
