The site is based in Britain, and I believe the scripts cost about 50 dollars. I have been using them for a while, and they have worked quite well.
As far as the iPod is concerned, unless you're willing to put up with memorizing menus, it isn't the best for a blind user. I've heard that there is a third party working on a program that makes the iPod "speak", but I haven't found the related information on that.

Hey I was wondering is ITunes accessible to blind
people?  Because I have a lot of CDS stored on my
