That probably depends on whether the noise you want to eliminate is a hum or
hiss. If it's a hum, you might be able to isolate a certain frequency range,
but I don't guarantee it. If it's hiss, you'll need someone smarter than
me, which is just about anyone.

Hey guys. I am starting a project of archiving some old reel to reel tapes
using Sonar 7. Is there any way to take a snap-shot of the noise at the
beginning of the tape to eliminate it from the music? Thanks for any help.
