Darren,

Thanks for the info. I've been using Gold Wave to convert wave files of entire mixes from Sonar; that relies on the Lame MP3 encoder to generate the files. I didn't know if the encoder in Sonar would do a better job than Lame does, especially when creating files at 128 K. If so, it might be worth the 20 bucks or whatever it is now to unlock it.

Hi Mike.

I just export the audio as a complete mix using the Sonar MP3 encoder,
encoding at 192

No other compression or mastering effects used, just a slight modulation on
one of the loops to give it a swirly feel.

I actually quite like this track and may even get around to finishing it so
it's a complete piece.

Just wanted you guys to hear some of the new patches in Omnisphere.
