Hello everyone,
Below is the link for my first formal project, a transcription of a
Chinese song composed by someone about 15 or more years ago. The
arrangement is for piano, Erhu (Chinese violin), Dizi (Chinese bamboo
flute) and soprano saxophone. All of us are blind musicians, and we
have different level. The full song is first presented, then I added a
slow passage and a quick variation of the song. SOunds used in this
piece are: Vienna Symphonic Library super package )including Vienna
Imperial piano), KongAudio Chinee Erhu, Dizi and Chineekong
percussion. I don't like the Chinee instruments, but they are the only
sampled Chinese instrument libraries. I did a rough mix, and there are
still many things to learn. I hope any more advanced people here can
point out problems in this mixing. I mean, the accompaniment version,
because it will be used on the stage, and we play the four
instruments.
