I think its the key combi, ctrl + P, and there's a setting in there that you toggle with the space bar, re: the F5 key reading the position in bars /measures, or hours, minutes & seconds, then save as your preferences whence you've gone thru all the options...

I know I sent this a few days ago but haven't heard anything. I'm scoring a film and I would prefer to hear start and stop times read as HMSF instead of MBT. I've set the checkbox to display all times as SMPTE in the general preferences. But Cake Talking still reads all times as MBT. I couldn't find a setting in the user preferences to change this.
