Hi Jason!! Sure. Why not set-up your Soundcard and keyboard in Sonar exactly the way you want. Then, save it as a template .cwt file. For example, I have a template here that has all of my MOTU soundcard input and output ports configured. It also has all of the MIDI ports set-up. So, when I go to start a new project I can use that one. I also have another template which has all of the settings mentioned above plus EQ's, busses, drum sounds and reverbs added into the template.
