[dd251] Chip pan fire test in Wrexham

I have been given some information about a fire test, which was carried out
by North Wales Fire Service in Wrexham on 10th April 2002. Two properties
were used one with sprinklers and the other without. A chip pan fire in the
kitchen was used for the tests and the fire was successfully extinguished by
the sprinkler system within seconds of the sprinkler operating. I
understand that the fire service considered the tests to be a total success.
