It is now time to register for the 2012 Victorian State Convention of Blind
Citizens Australia, to be held at the Mercure Hotel in Geelong from 12-14
October 2012.
This year's theme is Leadership: Turning Dreams into Vision.
An exciting and thought-provoking program is planned, with sessions covering
the NDIS, travel for education or work, creative writing and future directions
for BCA. Participants in the convention will have the opportunity to meet and
socialise at an optional winery tour and evening ...
welcome function on Friday 12th October. After the Convention Dinner on
Saturday night, the floor will be given over to dancing and music.
Participants are able to register by downloading the forms from Blind Citizens
Australia's website at: www.bca.org.au. Participants are also able to phone the
BCA office to request documents be sent out to their address in their preferred
format: (03) 9654 1400.
Please send back registration forms to the National Office at Ross House, Level
3, 247-251 Flinders Lane, Melbourne 3000. Or email the registration form to
bca@xxxxxxxxxx with VIC in the subject line. Registrations must be received by
September 21st 2012.
For those who require assistance in completing this form or have any other
enquiries, please call into the National Office on (03) 9654 1400 and staff
will gladly assist you.
We are hoping to see lots of people at the convention for a weekend of
inspiration and fun.
