[softwarelist] Step and Repeat - new applet for Ovation Pro (RISC OS)

Step and Repeat is a new applet available for the RISC OS version of
Ovation Pro and can be downloaded from:

Allows easy duplication of objects in a step and repeat fashion, with
the ability to add crop marks around the newly created objects.

Other features include:
* Object spacing can be specified as an offset, or as a gutter.

* The step and repeat settings can be saved to disc, to be easily
  recalled for later use.

* Settings can be stored within the document by sending to an empty text
  frame, and recalled at a later time.

* Auto crop marks placed between objects when space permits.
