We can't use the store location on Wednesdays until 7:30 PM, which is too
late a start time. Tuesday are free all evening. We still want to avoid March
9, which would conflict with the RANV meeting. We could look for other
locations, but let's get the meetings rolling in the meantime.
Unless I hear strong objections, I will plan on the first Steering
Committee/BOD meeting for March 15.
