Depends on how big of a turn out we get? I didn't know if the upstairs is
available on Wednesdays .

Wednesday evening at 6 PM seems to be the best compromise, with Tuesday as
the second choice. Either one of those works for me. Unfortunately, there
is no one night that works for everyone who responded.
If Steve and Tom can confirm that Wednesday night at 6 PM is acceptable, I
suggest that we set the first meeting for March 9, 16, or 23rd. The timing
is too short to make it this coming week; I am not available next Wednesday;
and the following Wednesday is the March regular CVARC meeting.
How does the club feel about March 9 at 6 PM at the Falls General Store in
Northfield Falls, VT for our first Steering Meeting? Alternately, we could
schedule it for next Tuesday, February 23. this has the advantage that we
can get started sooner, but the disadvantage that Tuesday may be harder for
some members.
