I do have a short cut, but as you can see it had some limitations. 😊

I'll try to put together a few screenshots.

Thanks for all the work on the doc!

Ah, mystery solved! I'm so glad you found it, because I am just now
getting home and obviously did not email you the file. I'll have to ask
you more about how you use DB with different accounts; I am always logging
in and out of them, but it sounds like you have a short cut.

Thank you SO much for getting the website and announcement out!

Aha, there it is. That's what I get for being a little to smart for my
own good. I use dropbox for some personal things, so from my desktop tool
I can only see items inside the Collindale Team Folder. At least now I
understand why I was having so much trouble.

I have gotten this file and uploaded it to the TE site.

Thanks, John

It's on the very top level of our Collindale DB. It is not under the
Collindale folder but sitting as a separate file. When I get home, I will
email it to you.

Hi All -

I'm sorry but I got busy last night and did not get the open message out.
I still believe everything is good to go, so here is a draft of what I plan
to send out tonight. I have to upload the latest info packet. I also
believe I'm going to add the swimmer and parent signature info page to the
swimmer and parent responsibilities so everyone checks off the
responsibilities and the signature age. It is my assumption that anyone
who does the online registration will NOT have to do paper registration as
well.

Any feedback on the email below, please let me know.

I have the parents meeting at 6-7PM on the 11th (and the 13th). If this is
not the right time, I'm not finding this in recent emails.

Lisa - I'm not finding the final package on dropbox. I only see the "2015
draft" only.

Could you check on where on dropbox the "final" document is? (or just send
me the final version in email if that is easier).

---X---X--- Draft email --X--X--
Hello Collindale families and prospective swimmers!

The time has finally come. While summer may still seem to be a long ways
away, registration for our 2015 season begins today. This email should
point you to critical information as well as giving the like to start the
process online. In addition, feel free to forward this to any friends who
would be interesting in joining our team!

The detailed information packet can be found on our website:
<insert proper link>

Our parents meeting is currently scheduled for May 11th at 6:00-7:00 PM at
the Collindale Pool.

Also, electronic registration is now open!

Whether you're a returning family or new family joining our team, the
registration process is simple and takes only a few minutes. At the
conclusion of the registration process and upon team admin approval, you
will be granted access to your own private account for the team.

You private account is your one-stop-shop for maintaining your contact
information, declaring for swim meets, signing up for jobs, interactively
tracking your kids times, and much more. We look forward to having you be
part of our incredible swim team. Just click on the link below and you be
brought directly to the registration page on our team's website.

If you would rather do the process on paper, the Info Packet has the pages
to fill out. However much of our activities (signing up for meets,
volunteering for meets, calendar, etc) depend heavily on having a login to
our team website. We will have some folks to help through this at the
parents meeting if you need a little computer help.

As always, please send a message to John Hutton <john.f.hutton@xxxxxxxxx>.

Go Collindale!
