Axxess is so sneaky.  I pay R495 for my 10mbps account.  I expected the
price to drop to R295.  They said I took the "R495 For Life" service so
they won't drop my service fee.  I can cancel it, but the support guy said
"when" the R295 price increases again, I won't have access to the R495
service.  Naturally I thought he meant they're just running a temporary
special.  Turns out he was talking about annual inflation.
