Hmmm, if you're using Viper you can probably utilize negative edge for many
of her inputs. So maybe you can try something like crouch fierce +
crouching medium (hold in inputs), input EX Seismo motion only then release
inputs once the motion finishes.

 I'm sure Salie or Khan would know.
