Hi,

it seems that interest in CMS development is growing. That's great! To
sustain this trend we decided to open a new mailing-list to discuss
development topics in the open, allowing everyone interested to get
involved, without polluting the main mailing-list, which will be kept for
announcements, support and general discussion.
