Yeah, should meet those requirements, has a nice display and remote
control. What I really like about it though is that it just runs over
HTTP and that the server side is a perl script you run on your PC -- and
you can then listen to the stream via xmms, Winamp, etc., as well as the
device. Store your MP3's anywhere, listen to them anywhere, including
with this device.
