This is a very important issue, because identity theft is quickly becoming a
prevalent problem. When people have such easy access to your personal
information over the computer, it becomes much more possible that you will be
affected negatively. Even with a piece of information as simple as your phone
number, people that invade your privacy over the internet can really do a
number on you.
