Ugh, I just noticed they got rid of Veteran's Armor's Daily ability. I went
around the forums to find out WHY and stumbled across a rule I didn't know
existed. It was taken out because at each milestone you regain the ability to
use an item daily power that you haven't already used. This basically lent
itself to having an infinite number of your best Daily powers because people
would stock up on Lvl 2 Veteran's Armors and swap them out at each milestone.
Gay.

While learning of this milestone rule makes Daily Item usage a lot better than
I had originally thought, this pretty much made the Veteran's Armor completely
useless. I'm going to have to find a different armor now for my fighter in
another game, which completely blows.

Also, on another note, I'm not bothering with grabbing Melee Training for
Yeldroon at level 10, and going in a completely different Paragon Path when we
reach 11. Apparently the official ruling is that even though an Opportunity
Action may BE an Attack, it doesn't qualify as being an "Opportunity Attack".
This also makes Oppotunity Gore (A Feat that allowed Minotaur characters to use
their Goring Charge Racial Power in place of a melee basic attack whenever they
use an opportunity attack) and Heavy Blade Opportunity (Use an At-Will instead
of a melee basic attack when making an opportunity attack while weilding a
Heavy Blade) not get ANY benefits from Feats, Class Features (Like the
Fighter's WIS mod bonus to Opportunity Attacks) or Item Bonuses. The short of
it is, if anything anywhere says specifically "Opportunity Attack" it means
ONLY the normal base melee attack. Just a heads up for ANY of you who might not
have realised that besides myself.

Both of the above, the Veteran's change and the Opportunity Attack ruling,
kinda dicked over my Fighter character a metric ton.

Well, this messes with Tartarus's stuff as well, his main focus is
marking, not damage, but, bah. I probably will not rebuild him, the
update is strange, but he can still do what he needs to. What a very
 strange, and highly frustrating errata.
I am not rebuilding Berrian either... but I have asked Casey for
ermission to retroactively get rid of the double sword.
