I notice that P76D doesn’t have a 0 weight so I think it would most likely be

I know this isn’t relevant for most people, but just wondering if anyone knows
the specific rule on how they are going to exclude unqualified newborns. Is it
on the care type or limited to DRG P67D (or something else)???

Does anyone have a copy of the WIES19 cost weights? I can see in Codefinder
that 3M have them, so presumably there's at least a draft, but as usual at this
time of year http://www.health.vic.gov.au/pfg is unhelpful.
