Martin - I won't ask for reimbursement except for the hotel, which
you already paid for. Do I need to fill something out for that?

For reasons I don't fully understand (nor support),
those who have no Greencard, or american citizenship
have to fill out a pile of forms (which I will send to whoever is in
need).

Today is in fact the first day I can come back to CDS issues and I
will
know more by the evening of today.
