[Civil Air Patrol] Pilot Clinic

Greetings all,
This weekend, Nov 17 through 19, is for the pilot clinic. The ground
class is on Friday and the flying will be on Sat/Sun.
Any UTMs that take place will happen after the clinic is finished.
For clarity, please don't pass any traffic about UTMs on the listserve
(the cap@xxxxxxxxxxxxx address) until the clinic is over.
