[cad-linux] tomcad, qt, and debian

i was reading the qt section of the download page and noticed this:
"Versions are not supported. Debian30 is a exception. The TomCAD lib package
for debian ships with the appropriate qt library."
but i did not see the link to a debian tarball or deb. am i overlooking
something?
