[cablewiki] Translate Extension / Architecture / OpDebyZ Page / Blogging

Hey Guys!
The Translate Extension is now running on our Beta. It's not working
quite stable yet(we're having problems with syncing translated and
original), but we'll hopefully fix this today.

(You need to create an account and demand translator rights first, you
can ask me or Translucent via admin@xxxxxxxxxxxxx)
Some notes on the Architecture we're planning to set up:
-we get the cables from leakfeed
-then we filter them for TAGS, Content, Summaries, Author, date , ....
and write them to the DB
-then we use FutureMelts parser to create the wiki pages from the database
-then we need a wikibot that scrapes the articles for user edited
stuff and puts it back to the database (if the quality rating is good)
I've seen that some more people have signed in to the Operation
Devided by Zero Page. It would be nice if you could all drop me an
email describing how you can/want to help.
I'm currently to busy working on the new page to keep our blog, the
main page and the twitter acc updated as much as i wanted it to. Is
there anyone wanting to help me with that? To start with, you could
get yourself a wordpress account and I would add you as a User.
